Privacy Policy
We, NEC Aerospace Systems, Ltd., recognize that properly protecting personal information, including the individual identification number, is our social responsibility. In accordance with this, we have established the following privacy policy and will implement, adhere to, and maintain it.
- We appoint a personal information protection administrator at each relevant division within the company, taking into account our organizational structure (Business Structure). Based on the Japanese Industrial Standard JIS Q 15001 "Personal Information Protection Management Systems - Requirements," we ensure appropriate acquisition, utilization, and provision of personal information. Specifically, we implement necessary measures to prevent the handling of personal information beyond the specified purposes.
- We comply with all laws, regulations, and guidelines related to the protection of personal information in Japan.
- Through the adoption of necessary and appropriate security measures, we strive to prevent and address the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information handled by us.
- We appropriately respond to complaints and requests for consultation regarding our handling of personal information and our personal information protection management system.
- We continuously strive to improve our privacy policy and the personal information protection management system within the company.

Information Security Policy
NEC Aerospace Systems, Ltd., acting in line with the principles of NEC’s “The NEC Group Information Security Statement” and applicable internal regulations, has established and maintains an Information Security Management System (ISMS). This system specifies our information security governance structure and the duties of employees and other personnel, and ensures ongoing planning, implementation, review, and improvement of security measures.
